The project is an institution under the HOPE Indonesia Foundation with a 1+1 system where if there is 1 student who registers, Stars Of Hope will provide an opportunity for 1 student from marginalized communities for free. Requirements to the Education volunteers: • Background in education, psychology, or related fields • Previous teaching or tutoring experience (preferred but not required) • Familiarity with inclusive education or working with children with special needs • Able to commit to a regular teaching or mentoring schedule
Requirements to the Play Therapy volunteers: Play therapists who have graduated with a diploma or are currently diploma trainees and are active members of Play Therapy International
Job Description: Daily Classroom Assistant: Assisting the teacher in preparing activities and teaching aids, accompanying children in activities such as playing, reading, arts, and others Special Activities/School Events: assisting in the implementation of events such as Independence Day, art performances, field trips
Parenting class : Acting as a facilitator or speaker in parenting sessions, preparing or assisting in the preparation of parenting class materials
Play Therapy : Providing therapy to children, 18 sessions per child, with each session lasting 40 minutes.
